- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Troubleshoot production support issues post - deployment and come up with solutions as required
- Collaborate on the design with other team members and product owners, both inside and outside the team
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practices guidelines, unit testing, security, and scalability and maintainability guidelines
Qualification : - 3 years experiences in J2EE, Java programing with strut, spring, hibernate framework.
- working with the Software Development Business of Java Programmer especially Struts Technology is mandatory
- In- depth understanding in software development life cycle and Object-Oriented analysis and design, data modeling and business/workflow analysis.
- Good knowledge in database ie., MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, ad etc.
- Able to work with complex network environments
- Good communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Good organization skill
- An ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team with multinational environment
