- Ability to conduct Blueprint workshops and write detailed blueprints
- Experience of working in configurations, enhancements and support of SAP FI/CO modules.
- Experience in Data Migration includes data mapping, data collection, preparation and loading.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC master data and transaction data to support FI/CO solution
- Ability to conduct Business Process Training, train the trainer, end user training.
- Participate in and testing, defining test cases, and performing end to end functional testing
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT ) and resolve defects
- Manage and support technical and business cut over activities
- Go Live support
Qualification : - BS in Information Technology or Financial management
- At least 8- 10 years of SAP FI/CO experience and Pharma Industry experience
- At least 4 years of Project Management experience with good coordination skills
- Experience in minimum 3- 4 SAP FI/CO full Life Cycle system implementations
- Have solid technical knowledge and the ability to express complex technical concepts for business use
- Must be highly organized and able to multi task multiple customer and business priorities.
- Ability to work well in a remote team environment
- Must have good written and communication skills in English and Vietnamese
