- Maintain and support storage management products for technical defect, security patches, security hardening
- Advise and conduct knowledge and practice transfer to related IT administrator and system operation group
- Ongoing support for future enhancement and customization request for specific purpose
- Ensure availability of system management product and its functionality
Qualification : - At least 3 years' experience in implement, upgrade and support for 2 or more of the following or equivalent 3rd party productsBroad knowledge of backup and storage management
- IBM Tivoli Storage Manager
- Symantec NetBackup
- IBM Storages (DS, TS, XIV, NSeries family)
- Mandatory skills Good Time and priority management, communication, negotiationFamiliarity with IT Service ManagementGood team player, Service oriented and Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Implementer discipline (such as documentation, backup, test result, etc)
- Support discipline (such as incident & change practice)
- Technical expertise for mentioned or equivalent product
- Self starter, good interpersonal, communication, documentation and presentation skills
- Good analytical and project management skills and work well with deadline
- Good communication in both Thai and English
